Responsibilities: - Assess speech language communication and swallowing disorders comprehensively.
- Diagnose the type and severity of communication issues via clinical evaluations and diagnostic tests.
- Create personalized treatment plans aligned with each patients specific needs and goals.
- Deliver therapy to enhance articulation fluency voice comprehension and expression.
- Address swallowing disorders and promote safe swallowing practices.
- Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices when required.
- Educate patients and families on strategies and exercises for improved communication and swallowing.
- Continuously assess and document patient progress adapting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate closely with a healthcare team including physicians therapists and educators for holistic care.
- Maintain precise and current patient records including assessments plans and progress notes.
- Assist patients in applying improved communication skills in daily life school or work.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in speech-language pathology through professional development activities.
- Other duties assigned by Management
