Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and input information from paper or digital documents into data systems.
Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies or errors.
Maintain organized records and files.
Ensure data is entered in a timely and confidential manner.
Follow company procedures and formatting guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors if any clarification is needed on assigned documents.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and typing skills (at least 35-45 WPM typing speed recommended).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Access to a computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel or Google Docs/Sheets is helpful

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5+ years of experience in account management, institutional sales, or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
