Job Description
Summary
Provides overall executive leadership for the PACS migration and implementation program ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and oversee program strategy governance and delivery for multi-ministry PACS migration.
Manage program budget resourcing and contractual obligations.
Act as the senior escalation point with client executives and vendors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards security policies and contractual commitments.
Drive executive communications steering committee updates and risk management.
Experience & Skills
15 years in program leadership for large-scale healthcare IT transformations.
Proven track record in multi-site PACS/VNA implementations.
Strong leadership stakeholder engagement and financial management skills.
PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
