Job Description
Project Manager with S/4HANA and PLM Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and PLM integration projects.
Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders technical teams and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee project governance risk management and change control processes.
Ensure successful data migration system integration and user adoption strategies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and junior consultants.
Communicate project status risks and issues to executive leadership and steering committees.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
8 years of experience in IT project management with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven experience with SAP PLM modules and integration with S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of product development processes BOM management and change management workflows.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industries such as manufacturing automotive or life sciences.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
Knowledge of complementary tools such as SAP ECTR Teamcenter or Windchill.
Multinational project experience and working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
