Job Description
Job Title: Geni AI Tech
Work Location: Westlake TX
Duration: Long Term
Job Description
- Design and develop GenAI models including fine-tuning large language models (e.g. GPT LLaMA Claude).
- Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs (e.g. OpenAI).
- Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing training and deployment.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot (GitHub Copilot) or Azure OpenAI Services
- experience building Gen AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Knowledge of prompt engineering fine-tuning and model optimization techniques
Innovation & R&D:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in generative AI multimodal models and MLOps.
- Drive experimentation with new models prompt engineering and domain-specific adaptations.
- Create internal GenAI tools copilots or agents to enhance employee productivity and customer engagement.
- Governance & Ethics:
- Ensure AI systems are explainable fair and aligned with ethical guidelines and data privacy laws.
- Establish monitoring systems to track model performance drift and user feedback in production.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
- Strong experience with ML frameworks LLMs (GPT BERT etc.) and cloud AI platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures embeddings prompt engineering RAG and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
