Job Duties
This position will manage and execute all administrative and operational activities related to recruiting. Ensures and provides efficient and consistent processing of documentation including advertisement processing (print and screen applications); pre-employment hiring (fingerprint/background checks drug/alcohol check licensure verification reference checks offer letters); post-employment processing (closing of recruitment file) and starting salary development.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in handling multiple requests prioritizing volume and managing competing deadlines.
Experience producing reports and preparing official documents ensuring the accuracy of such.
Direct experience utilizing employment and/or recruitment practices.
Additional Considerations
Course work in Human Resources Management Organizational Development Business Administration or equivalent training and experience.
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP)
Experience working in large and complex public entity with diverse employee populations.
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP); experience working in large and complex public entity with diverse employee populations is preferred.
