Job Purpose:To gain real world experience and exposure to the private accounting sector by supporting many different departments helping them carry out their business transactions and projects.

Responsibilities:

Will focus on assignments within business unit finance support various teams by:

Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting
Cost analysis
Audit and compliance support

Requirements:

Must graduate in August 2026 December 2026 or May 2027 and major in Accounting and/or Finance with a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a major GPA of 3.3 preferred
Possess strong analytical and communication skills
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States a lawful permanent resident or have authorization to work in the United States

This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location and Hours:

Position is based out of our Corporate Office headquarters in Austin Minnesota
Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August

Compensation/Benefits:

The starting rate for this role is $24.00. This position has a strong benefits package including 401(k)and match Wellness Program paid time off paid housing allowance and more.
