We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedProject Operations Managerto oversee daily operations optimize the use of materials technology and human resources and ensure strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for directing warehouse and operations activities establishing best practices for processes and leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate business activities related to production distribution and logistics.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for IT infrastructure and warehouse operations.
Organize staff schedules assign duties and manage workforce planning.
Apply business and management principles in strategic planning resource allocation and workflow optimization.
Support staff development through coaching mentoring training and performance management.
Conduct performance reviews create corrective action plans and actively manage employee engagement.
Maintain a strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment training and team management.
Ensure high-quality standards in all customer interactions and operational outputs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role primarily operates in awarehouse environment requiring walking lifting (up to 50 lbs.) bending squatting and maneuvering across warehouse office and shop locations. At times work may take place in a standard office setting using typical office equipment. Employees must be able to adapt to varied physical demands and environments.
Travel
Minimal overnight travel.
Local travel to customer sites or office locations during working hours may be required.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and 35 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Valid Drivers License.
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
35 years experience in a leadership or operations management role.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Proven track record of managing training and motivating warehouse and operations teams.
