The Market Intelligence Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth in alignment with business plans ensuring seamless integration and implementation of business processes and strengthening clients contracts within the MI portfolio. This role involves strategic and operational planning team leadership client engagement and continuous development of a small but impactful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management:
Ensure achievement of revenue targets according to the annual business plan identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. - Business Process Integration:
Lead the integration and implementation of business processes across functions to support MI product delivery and performance. - Contract Strengthening:
Enhance and expand contracts related to MI products ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. - Strategic & Operational Planning:
Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to support MI growth and market positioning in Ukraine. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction with MI products and services. Act as a trusted advisor providing insights and solutions that drive client success. - Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports fostering a culture of performance collaboration and continuous learning. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of MI strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales business development or related fields.
- Strong understanding of business processes and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
