Job Summary
Oversee daily engineering operations ensuring all facilities equipment and systems are maintained at the highest standards of safety efficiency and functionality.
Support the Senior Chief Engineer in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans optimizing energy consumption and controlling repair/maintenance costs.
Lead mentor and train the engineering team fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within engineering or maintenance preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong understanding of engineering operations including preventive maintenance energy management and safety & compliance standards.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate train and develop a technical team.
