Carry out preventive corrective and shutdown maintenance of mechanical systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals. Perform field inspections repairs and equipment installation. Work under the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system ensuring safe execution of tasks. Lead and oversee daily maintenance and shutdown activities. Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. Review and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and work permits. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams for smooth execution. Ensure timely completion of work with quality compliance. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent). 8 10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills. Must have prior experience in shutdown/turnaround projects.
