Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr. Associate-Facilities for our Facility & Property Management team in Sarrat Philippines. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities while providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance repairs and upgrades
  • Collaborate with vendors staff and the Property Management Group to achieve facilities goals and objectives
  • Manage facility inventory and assets ensuring proper documentation and tracking
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections required by code or internal standards
  • Assist in budget preparation monitoring and utilization for both CAPEX and Operating Expenses
  • Plan and implement facilities projects including renovations relocations and equipment installations
  • Review and validate invoices in PeopleSoft prior to payment
  • Manage facility maintenance personnel and coordinate with General Services staff
  • Handle leasehold improvements and upkeep of critical equipment (e.g. UPS Genset PACU ACU)
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures policies and deliverables pertaining to facilities
  • Coordinate with Technical & Finance Departments on Corporate Asset management
  • Maintain and update trackers for AMC utilities consumption and other relevant metrics
  • Respond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support when required

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer preferred
  • Proven experience in facility and property management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in designing and computing Electrical and Mechanical plans
  • Experience in operating and maintaining Generator sets and UPS units
  • Basic project management skills and familiarity with facilities management software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build professional relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and conditions
  • Willingness to work extended or flexible hours when necessary
  • Proactive approach to developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
  • Strong work ethic integrity and team-building abilities
