Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Handle incoming cold calls and customer inquiries
Publish approximately 12 Facebook posts per day for business promotion - templates provided
Respond to customer messages and inquiries on social media platforms
Schedule plumbing service appointments when customers reach out through Facebook
Manage and coordinate scheduling systems for the business owner
Maintain consistent social media presence and engagement on Facebook platform
Requirements:
Strong communication skills for customer service interactions
Experience with social media content creation particularly Facebook
Ability to handle appointment scheduling and calendar management
Professional phone manner for handling customer calls
Basic understanding of service-based business operations
Scope:
Full-time position: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Primary focus on Facebook as the main social media platform
Customer-facing role requiring professional communication standards
Hybrid role combining customer service social media management and administrative tasks
Remote position supporting field-based plumbing service operations
