We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Onsite) to join our this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers face-to-face understanding their needs presenting solutions and driving sales growth. You will play a vital part in building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Proactively engage with walk-in customers clients or prospects onsite to promote products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records customer information and reports in the company s CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service before during and after the sale.
Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay up to date with product knowledge promotions and industry trends.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Sales Associate or similar role in a BPO setting (onsite sales experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to confidently present products and close sales.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
