Job Description

Sales Representative (Onsite)

Location: Legazpi City Albay
Employment Type: Full-time Onsite
Work Schedule: 9-hour shift (including breaks) 5 consecutive days

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Onsite) to join our this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers face-to-face understanding their needs presenting solutions and driving sales growth. You will play a vital part in building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with walk-in customers clients or prospects onsite to promote products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions product features and benefits.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales records customer information and reports in the company s CRM system.

  • Provide excellent customer service before during and after the sale.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge promotions and industry trends.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Sales Associate or similar role in a BPO setting (onsite sales experience preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to confidently present products and close sales.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
