Job Summary
Do you have a warm smile and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a friendly and professional F&B Host(ess) to welcome guests and guide them through their culinary journey from breakfast in the Wintergarden to elegant dinners in Grand Caf Krasnapolsky.
Your role in the journey
As F&B Host(ess) you are the first impression of our restaurants. You welcome guests with warmth and professionalism manage reservations and ensure a smooth seating process. Youll support breakfast lunch and dinner service assist with mise-en-place and occasionally help with meetings & events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and guiding them to their table.
- Managing guest flow and maintaining a calm organized atmosphere.
- Supporting the team in preparing and setting up service.
- Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Motivation to create exceptional guest experiences.
- A hands-on mentality and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- At least one year of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality.
