The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies that align with the farm s business objectives. This role ensures the effective recruitment training development and retention of talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The position oversees HR policies compliance performance management and employee relations to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead recruitment employee engagement and training programs.
Develop compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in HR functions.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
Master s degree in HR Organizational Development or Business Administration is preferred.
HR certifications such as CIPM SHRM or HRCI are advantageous.
Strong experience in labour laws compliance and employee relations.
Minimum of 7-10 years in human resource management preferably in agribusiness FMCG or manufacturing.
Experience in developing and executing HR policies and procedures.
Strong background in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management.
