Our client is a fast-growing agribusiness with operations in Igbariam Anambra State seeking passionate result-driven and committed professionals to join their team as HR Supervisor.
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies that align with the farm s business objectives. This role ensures the effective recruitment training development and retention of talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The position oversees HR policies compliance performance management and employee relations to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead recruitment employee engagement and training programs.
Develop compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in HR functions.
