The company is seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to play a critical role in designing developing and optimizing user-facing applications. S/he will ensure the delivery of seamless scalable and high-performing digital experiences that align with the company s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of responsive intuitive and user-friendly frontend applications.
Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed performance and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to improving the user experience.
Implement best practices in coding standards testing and continuous integration.
Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers providing technical leadership and peer reviews.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies frameworks and industry trends.
Requirements

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience:
5 8 years of proven experience in frontend development preferably in fintech or technology-driven organizations.
Strong track record of delivering complex high-traffic and scalable web applications.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and (core requirement).
Solid understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack Babel etc.).
Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX or Context API).
Experience with responsive design cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git).
