Role Profile
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of the companys real estate projects from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills and a solid track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospect and qualify potential clients for the companys real estate products and services.
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial real estate developments to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations site visits and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms close deals and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert generated leads into successful sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports pipelines and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends competitors and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events exhibitions and property fairs to generate visibility and leads.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Estate Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience in real estate development with a strong sales record.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- High level of integrity professionalism and self-motivation.
