The Senior Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing impactful internal communication strategies that inform inspire and engage employees across multiple regions. This role acts as a central contact for day-to-day communication needs and works closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent clear and engaging messaging that aligns with the company s goals culture and values.

Content Development & Distribution Create compelling content for internal channels (newsletters intranet emails employee network posts and presentations) and ensure effective reach to the right audiences
Employee Engagement Support and facilitate initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and feedback including surveys and feedback loops
Strategy Implementation Assist in planning and executing internal communications and change management strategies that drive alignment with company culture and objectives
Planning & Prioritisation Manage the central planning of internal communications for programs and projects applying effective prioritisation to meet business needs
Channel Management Optimise internal communications platforms to ensure information is shared in a timely effective and accessible manner
Collaboration & Alignment Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure communication is clear consistent and aligned with corporate tone of voice
Monitoring & Reporting Measure the impact of internal communications and leverage data to continuously refine and improve strategies
Bachelor s degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field (Master s degree preferred)
Minimum 4 years of internal communications experience preferably in a multinational B2B organisation
Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging content across multiple internal communication platforms
Strong stakeholder management collaboration and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to track and measure the success of communication initiatives and implement improvements
Excellent writing editing and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
