What Youll Do:
- Provide an excellent customer experience by handling inbound calls and chats related to vehicle financing.
- Help customers with a variety of requests including payment extensions due date changes and payment research.
- Navigate multiple applications and use an online knowledge-base to assist with call handling and decision-making.
- Research and correct items like misapplied payments or balance disputes.
- Discuss past due accounts with customers and establish acceptable arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of agility to adapt to changes in technology and processes.
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service is required. Call center experience is highly preferred.
- Proven bilingual proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with previous work experience in the language.
- A strong customer service mindset.
- Some college or university coursework is a must while a Bachelors degree is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time 48-hour per week role.
- Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days on-site (Naucalpan) with a possibility of working from home on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Candidates must be flexible to work shifts during our hours of operation: Monday-Friday from 7 am to 7 pm CST and Saturday from 7 am to 3 pm CST.
- The salary range is from $16000 to $20000 mxn
