We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join a hotel in the heart of St. Julians Malta. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly organized customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage and maintain the reception area ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and keep inventory up-to-date.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Experience with Opera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
