Job Summary
As a Graphic Communication Coworker you will:
- Develop and maintain graphic communication solutions that support IKEAs brand and business goals.
- Translate IKEAs concept and tone of voice into clear engaging designs for all store communications.
- Collaborate with interior designers and visual merchandisers to create effective store communication materials.
- Oversee print communication ensuring visual balance quality and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all communications are customer-friendly functional and consistent with IKEA guidelines.
- Work closely with the Com&In team and other store functions to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing communication and retail design trends to follow creative directions that inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity.
Qualifications :
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field
- Experience of working with graphic design in an advertising agency or a printing company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects is a plus).
- Knowledge of print and digital design standards.
- Strong collaboration skills with marketing communication and commercial teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Passion for home furnishing design and IKEAs values.
Additional Information :
This position is full-time and is located in Tetouan Morocco. Some travel may be required.
