Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations including receiving storage inventory control and dispatch.
Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and maintain proper records in line with company policies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages discrepancies and stockouts.
Implement and enforce safety standards ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with production procurement and logistics teams to support seamless supply chain operations.
Train mentor and evaluate warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance.
Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Generate daily weekly and monthly warehouse reports for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Management or a related field.
At least 3 5 years experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Diploma/Degree in procurement ,logistics or a related field. 3-5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
