Lead the implementation of the new HR management system managing the transition from the current platform and acting as the main point of reference within HR and across other departments involved.
Develop and implement analyses reporting and analytics while optimizing and engineering procedures and processes.
WORKFORCE AND COST MANAGEMENT
Analyze and manage personnel costs headcount budgeting processes and compensation plans.
Collaborate with the Head of People Strategy & Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
LEARNING DEVELOPMENT AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS
Support the People Learning & Development Partner in managing and implementing projects in synergy with Red Bull HQ.
Contribute to internal development initiatives across the Team fostering growth and capability building.

Qualifications :
University degree in Management Engineering or related field;
Fluency in both Italian and English;
Project management skills (GANTT charts scheduling and coordination) and strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point (or similar);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders
Detail-oriented creative and with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
