Resolved application slowness license errors connectivity and CAD/PLM issues for global
engineering teams.
Designed and maintained installation & troubleshooting document repositories (MacGregor
Hiab Kalmar).
Coordinated with network & SAM teams for ZPA allowlisting server communication and
port configuration.
Handled Windows OS Office 365 SCCM VPN AD domain ERP & Java application support.
Provided remote troubleshooting & ticket-based support ensuring quick resolution and user
satisfaction
Engineering Applications Support (PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, Ansys, Windchill, Vault, Sovelia etc.)
