Job Description HR Training & Engagement

Location: Vikhroli Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

The HR Training & Engagement professional will be responsible for developing implementing and managing training initiatives and engagement strategies to enhance employee performance build organizational capability and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires expertise in learning and development employee engagement and performance management with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to align initiatives with business goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design deliver and evaluate training programs to improve employee skills productivity and career growth.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads to create structured learning roadmaps.
  • Implement innovative learning methodologies digital platforms and tools to drive continuous learning.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Organize workshops team-building activities and recognition programs to drive participation and retention.
  • Monitor engagement levels through surveys feedback and analytics and recommend improvement measures.
  • Support managers in KPI setting competency mapping and career development planning.
  • Drive performance management processes and ensure consistent evaluation of employee performance.
  • Analyze outcomes and recommend interventions to improve productivity and goal achievement.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports on training hours engagement scores attrition trends and KPI achievements.
  • Utilize advanced Excel (dashboards pivot tables data analysis) and HR software to track effectiveness and generate insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure training and engagement initiatives are aligned with organizational values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate learning and engagement strategies into the company s long-term HR agenda.

Requirements

  • Master s degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or related field.

  • 8 10 years in Learning & Development (L&D) Employee Engagement or Performance Management.

  • Strong knowledge of training design facilitation and evaluation frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Excel (dashboards pivot tables advanced analysis) and HRMS/engagement tools.

  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster engagement and a performance-driven culture.



Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors. Ability to speak English fluently and clearly. Willingness to work night shifts. Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any domain are eligible. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
