The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. If youre passionate about crafting clean thoughtful digital experiences and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment this role is for you.
Youll collaborate with senior designers developers and product managers to bring user-centric web and mobile interfaces to life. Youll be involved in shaping wireframes refining UI designs and learning through user testing gaining hands-on experience throughout the full design lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Design Interfaces: Create clean and functional UI layouts components icons and flows for web and mobile platforms.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and participate in usability testing to refine the user experience.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with developers product managers marketers and other designers to translate user and business needs into effective products.

Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries for consistency across touchpoints.

Iterate & Improve: Respond to feedback test assumptions and iterate designs to find the best solutions.

Stay Current: Keep up with modern design trends patterns and tools and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong UI/UX design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking user psychology and information architecture. Advanced proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.

2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects.

A degree/diploma in UI/UX Design Graphic Design HCI or a related discipline.

Proficient in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD.

Understanding of core design principles (typography color spacing etc.) and user-centered design methods.

Strong attention to detail curiosity and willingness to learn.

Great communication and collaboration skills.
