Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business within the assigned territory
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends and competitive activity.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities manage distributor relationships and ensure product availability across the distribution & Dealer Network network End customer conversion to Bosch PT.
Market Understanding:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local market consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Team Management: Externals 2-3 Reporting (retailer reach Cordless tools BE-CO App)
Qualifications :
B. Tech or an MBA

Base Location -Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
- Experience of Tradition Trade or Channel Sales with 5 Years
- Knowledge on channel sales from allied Industry or hardware.
- Good communication skills
- Expanding the Channel Network to Gain market share.
- Leader of his territory Proactive in his approach Growth Mindset.
- Quality build up of the network of sub dealers and retailers so that Bosch PT maintains the primary choice at the POS (Point of Sale) and at the end user
