Job Description
Job Title: Lead Mobile Developer (iOS/Android)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience Required: 10 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Compensation: 1.5Lakh per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Mobile Developer with deep expertise in both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mobile application development and will lead the mobile team to deliver high-performance scalable and robust mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle for iOS and Android platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product UI/UX QA and Backend teams.

Define architecture design patterns and best practices for mobile application development.

Review code and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mobile development processes.

Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
Mandatory Skills:

iOS Development: Swift Objective-C Xcode iOS SDKs

Android Development: Kotlin Java Android Studio Android SDKs

Cross-Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.

Architecture & Patterns: MVVM MVC Clean Architecture SOLID principles

API Integration: RESTful APIs JSON third-party SDKs
-
CI/CD & Version Control: Git Jenkins Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab

Testing: Unit testing UI testing frameworks (JUnit Espresso XCTest)

Agile Methodologies: Scrum Kanban

Strong understanding of app performance optimization and security.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Hands-on experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.

Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Crashlytics or App Center.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Firebase.
