Job Summary
As a member of Wix Ventures youll play a key role in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as assisting portfolio companies and corporate development your day-to-day you will:
Identify and engage with promising early stage companies through research reachout networking industry events and inbound deal flow
Conduct market product competitive financial and team analysis to assess the viability of investment opportunities and prepare comprehensive investment recommendations
Help scale and support portfolio companies by identifying relevant strategic opportunities and working on follow-on financing rounds
Monitor emerging trends and technologies in Wixs core and adjacent sectors to better inform investment theses and identify new opportunities
Manage dealflow pipeline and fund reporting
Support Corporate Development initiatives (M&A) as needed
Qualifications :
3-6 years of relevant experience in venture capital investment banking management consulting corporate development strategy or tech research
Strong analytical research and presentation-building skills
Proven curiosity for technology and startups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong oral presentation skills
Familiarity with AI productivity tools to enhance the investment cycle process
*Open to recent military or academic graduates with relevant skill sets
