We are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team in London United this role you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. As a key member of our partner success team you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value of our partnerships.
- Develop and execute partner success strategies to drive adoption retention and growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners building strong relationships and addressing their needs
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless end customer onboarding and integration
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and set goals
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products and services
- Work closely with the sales team to support partner-driven revenue growth
- Proactively identify and resolve partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Stay informed about specific product lines industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to partners
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Experience in partner management account management or similar role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms such as Totango or Gainsight
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner growth and success
- Understanding of SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel sales
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
