Job Description
USC a leading fashion retailer is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Stirling United Kingdom. As a Casual Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
- Provide outstanding customer service assisting customers with product selection and enquiries
- Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor ensuring products are well-presented and properly stocked
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
- Participate in stock takes and inventory management as required
- Adapt to a flexible working schedule including evenings and weekends
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends
- Keen interest in fashion and current trends
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in visual merchandising would be advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
