The Dynamics 365 F&O Program Manager will be responsible for developing project plans timelines and budgets; managing resources; and tracking project progress.
Engaging with clients including CXOs internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment of project goals and status.
Identifying potential risks developing mitigation strategies and resolving project issues.
Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status progress and any necessary adjustments.
Facilitating user training and support during and after projects adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SaaS including its various modules (Finance Supply Chain) and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex projects including planning execution monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams manage conflicts and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues mitigate risks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Critical thinking organizational skills and change management capabilities.
- A total of 15 years of IT Implementation and Support Experience and 5 Years of Program Management Experience with 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O project implementation.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are often preferred.
