About the Role
Were looking for a founding Senior Engineer to help build the first production-ready version of our platform. We have a working prototype and are now beginning the build of our initial MVP. Working alongside the founder and core team youll own and deliver critical systems while shaping how the platform evolves.
This is a zero-to-one role: youll be responsible for making the product actually work from backend logic and LLM workflows to voice input and API integrations and for building a stable responsive system that delivers a beautiful user experience.
We are an AI-native company: every function across the company including the development lifecycle starts with leveraging models by default.
What Youll Own
Build backend systems that process inputs structure and route data through our AI and workflow layers and reliably connect to third-party tools through APIs and integrations.
Develop and maintain the frontend application with React and TypeScript ensuring an intuitive and responsive user experience.
Incorporate LLM workflows and build evaluation/testing frameworks for AI applications (beyond basic OpenAI calls).
Work closely with early users to translate feedback into product decisions and improvements.
Make engineering decisions that balance speed with long-term maintainability.
What Were Looking For
Full-stack experience: comfortable working across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend systems.
5 years of experience building and shipping enterprise SaaS products from scratch.
Experience with LLMs/AI agents in real-world enterprise workflows (not just demos) including evaluations and testing methods.
Strong foundation in API design integrations and data workflows.
Care for code quality reliability and scalability.
Excited by zero-to-one environments; thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly with a bias for action.
Strong communicator honest direct kind and collaborative with a low-ego mindset.
