Construction Project Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa preferred)
Compensation: USD $2000$3000/month
Industry: Real Estate Development & Construction
Schedule: Full-time U.S. business hours EST Mo-Fr 9AM to 5PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation construction and development projects across a diverse portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating multiple stakeholders managing budgets and ensuring timely high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate and supervise vendors contractors and suppliers
- Oversee procurement of materials and services to ensure cost efficiency
- Track project budgets schedules and deliverables
- Provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Implement construction best practices safety protocols and quality standards
- Support major capital improvement initiatives for hospitality and rental properties
Qualifications:
- 3 years of construction or project management experience (real estate or hospitality preferred)
- Strong vendor management procurement and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Based in LATAM or South Africa; ability to overlap with U.S. hours
