Job Description
Competencies: Salesforce CPQ & CLM SAP e-sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Mangement (CLM)
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate "Agiloft /certis /Sirion / DocuSign"problems.
- Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (AgiloftIcertisSirionDocuSign) platforms ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Manage changes to the platform effectively following established change management processes. Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex data-related problems applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft / certis/ Sirion/DocuSign) data structures and processes. Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders exceeding basic user needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (AgiloftIcertisSirionDocuSign) platform issues and best practices. BuyerSupportManager updates Agreement Expiry date Updates. Notification Updates
- Create or Amend Help Text Removing the user from team in Notification Workflow Update
- Create Update Workflow approvals.
- CreateUpdate Rules
Role Description:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Legal Procurement and IT teams Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes enhancing execution efficiency and compliance.
- Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle execution and monitoring processes.

Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business, telecom, infrastructure, security, audit, vendors, and software engineering. Driven by challenges and , proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
