Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to consultants by conducting research and analysis and by developing materials;
- Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
- Produce high-quality reports and presentations;
- Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies procedures forms job descriptions etc.;
- Conduct market studies on various Human Resources issues;
- Develop communication materials;
- Provide support at client meetings;
- Participate in the organization of customer events;
- Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;
- Perform other related tasks.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development;
- Prior pertinent experience is an asset;
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy;
- Fully bilingual (English essential);
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint Excel and Word;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and in teams;
- Occasional travel.
