The Facilities Specialist will be responsible to support the EHS and Facilities Manager to ensure operational fluidness in all aspects of Facilities execution for Brazil overseeing local policy requirements purchasing processes budget controls employees support and management of suppliers finding resources maximization opportunities and accurate internal controls and internal procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities Management
- Contribute in managing and controlling Facilities processes and related contracts supporting the execution and monitoring of service levels projects and activities in the Facilities area.
- Contribute to establish processes and procedures necessary to execute action plans as defined strategically.
- Support cost controls within Facilities by identifying bottlenecks and problems presenting alternative solutions.
- Connect with Global Engineering and Facilities organization (Central Services) to ensure compliance with procedures and share best practices.
- Coordinate with the Global Real Estate organization to ensure corporate requirements are adhered to including Lease compliance.
- Execute the implementation of preventive maintenance plans through the Maximo System in the Quality Control Laboratory ensuring maintenance traceability based on GMP requirements in compliance with ANVISA regulations in Brazil.
- Oversee facilities service providers contract agreements based on applicable KPIs.
- Assist in the bid process for facilities-related services in partnership with PSM Finance following corporate policies.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Process around PTP and coordinate with internal CoE areas (Tax PSM Finance Treasury) concerning Facilities.
- Develop analysis dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility of controls and financial drivers around Facilities.
- Support end-to-end internal controls cycles and assist in implementing mitigation action plans.
- Propose improvements to internal procedures when inefficiencies are identified.
- Contribute to process improvement through NPS surveys to measure and monitor KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with EHS and Security to ensure alignment with Safety Security and EHS requirements related to Facilities.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree in engineering Administration Economy or other related areas.
- Advanced English.
EXPERIENCE
- Solid experience with facilities engineering or other related areas.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical market is a plus.
- Mastery of the MS Office with high proficiency in MS-Excel and Power Point Power BI knowledge.
- SAP knowledge
- Maximo System or similar maintenance systems/tool knowledge.
- Project Management knowledge
