Job Description
As a Manager in our Enterprise Advisory practice you will lead client engagements that deliver strategic operational and organisational improvements. Youll work with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges design future-ready operating models and implement change that drives measurable value. This role combines delivery leadership stakeholder management and people development in a dynamic consulting environment.
What youll do:
- Manage and deliver consulting style engagements to create positive outcomes to our mis-sized clients across a range of industries.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities to provide value to our clients.
- Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven insights to create actionable recommendations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Work closely with senior leaders across the firm to support business development activities.
- Supporting and managing engagement pursuits such as opportunity identification qualification and planning.

- Experience in management consulting or advisory roles with proven project leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems
- Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of operating model design organisational change and transformation delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel as required and current Australian work rights.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business Commerce Economics or related field; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
