About the Role
As an Operations and Recruitment Consultant you will:
Manage daily shift bookings and allocate staff to client needs
Maintain strong communication with nurses carers and healthcare facilities
Advertise interview and onboard new agency nurses and carers
Support new recruits through their first months to build engagement and retention
Keep accurate records compliance checks and system updates
Assist in process improvements that ensure efficient workforce utilisation
Professionally represent HCA with both clients and healthcare professionals
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Experience in agency nursing recruitment or healthcare operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage in a busy setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using MS Office and rostering/booking systems
A proactive people-focused approach with a strong attention to detail
