As our VIP Services Agent you will be responsible for upholding our Heartist culture at all times; which means the art of human connection - Its about leading with your heart. Its using your creativity innovation and empowerment to heart-warm spotlight and genuinely connect with the guest and making their stay memorable.
As our next VIP Services Agent you will:
- Organising and delivering amenities to VIP rooms and conducting in room checks.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery and coordination of guest amenities.
- Assist and provide general support to the guest experience and guest journey at the Hotel.
- Assisting in coordinating the correspondence of all contactable guests prior to arrival to arrange special requirements for upcoming stay.
- Ensure guest profiles are being updated with relevant information in the system.
- Be conversant with daily VIP/Loyalty movements and work with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest transition and recognition.
- Update operational departments daily with VIP movements and special requirements to ensure all needs/requirements are met.
- Proactively & reactively respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Daily liaison with inter-departments regarding guest movements requests and activities.
- Assistance in Lobby arrivals and valet parking
- Ordering and maintaining stock for VIP amenities.
- General tasks assigned by Director of VIP Services and Associate Director or their designate.
- Act as an Accor ambassador aiming to enhance the companys image and market reputation internally and externally.
Qualifications :

- Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service setting you apart from the rest.
- Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career in the industry.
- Have the ability and initiative to manage own tasks and work in the team leading guest experience from the beginning of the guest journey to after check out.
- Have impeccable communication skills that make every interaction a positive memorable moment.
- Preferably have experience with Opera Cloud however this is not a requirement.
- RSA is a requirement.
- Flexible with working hours including nights weekends and public holidays.
