The Club Host plays a key role in supporting the departments business objectives by delivering compliance operational and service initiatives within Crown Rewards. Reporting to the Loyalty Operations Manager this role contributes to the strategic goals of the Crown Rewards team by consistently following compliance procedures executing operational tasks with skill and providing exceptional service in a professional and personable manner.
Objectives of this role:
- Execute core compliance operational and service initiatives within Crown Rewards.
- Maintain strong technical capabilities to operate effectively across diverse environments.
- Implement departmental objectives and seek clarification when needed.
- Manage service recovery with consideration for financial objectives while upholding Responsible Gaming guidelines.
- Demonstrate respectful professional and mature conduct in all workplace interactions and performance processes.
- Follow directives from the Loyalty Operations Manager and uphold Crowns Values escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Provide accurate reporting on key deliverables within the Crown Rewards area.
- Support the end-to-end execution of promotions and events as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with management to ensure clarity on processes and objectives.
- Deliver seamless solutions for customer enquiries and issues.
- Uphold excellence in customer engagement and guest care always operating with a service-oriented mindset.
- Use various bespoke software and hardware technologies to meet operational and access requirements.
- Maintain a high-quality physical and technical work environment to enhance both team member and guest experiences.
- Research review and escalate compliance matters related to Club Host responsibilities promptly.
Additional Information :
This role requires:
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- Multi-lingual capability is not a necessary element of this role however can help with the customer service responsibilities and is highly desirable.
