Job Description
Salary Range:$79057 to$133846 plus NSW Coordinator 2 allowance $19552 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.
Employment Status: Full-time
Eligibility:Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

About the Role
As a passionate leader and mentor a Coordinator brings energy and vision to teaching and learning playing a pivotal role in shaping the schools success. This position champions innovation by driving engaging curriculum initiatives implementing teaching and learning practices and inspiring teachers to embrace new approaches. Coordinators support teacher growth through guidance coaching and collaboration ensuring staff feel confident valued and empowered to deliver their best. By fostering a culture of teamwork they create an environment where ideas are shared challenges are addressed collectively and success is celebrated. Above all the role is centred on our students ensuring that every young person is encouraged challenged and supported to achieve their full potential within our school community.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
