As the HR Planning & Reporting Specialist youll be responsible for workforce and personnel cost planning as well as HR addition to supporting HR Managers and HR Business Partners in planning execution and adopting HR analytics tools youll serve as the first point of contact for finance-related inquiries and collaborate closely with HRIS.
WORKFORCE AND PERSONNEL COST PLANNING
In this role youll drive effective workforce and personnel cost planning across the organization. Youll partner with HR Managers and HR Business Partners and collaborate with Finance to facilitate and execute a timely efficient planning cycle.
HR REPORTING
As the HR Planning & Reporting Specialist youll ensure comprehensive reporting of planning results by running and continuously improving workforce planning reporting. Youll support HR Managers and Business Partners in leveraging KPI reporting and other reporting tools to gain insights and youll handle ad hoc data requests to address ongoing business needs.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
In this role youll align with stakeholders across HR and Finance to drive a structured and efficient planning process. Youll act as the primary point of contact for Finance-related HR inquiries and closely collaborate with HRIS on planning and data projects and system enhancements including BI initiatives.

Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.303 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
