Amoria Bond a leading recruitment consultancy in the heart of Amsterdam is looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist / People Operations professional to join our People team.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid HR foundation who is confident managing the day-to-day People agenda locally while working closely with our Senior People Business Partner in Germany.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for People matters in Amsterdam youll support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding new hires and guiding managers through performance conversations to ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and supporting employee engagement.

Youll balance hands-on administrative tasks (20-30%) with the opportunity to drive meaningful initiatives in diversity inclusion and well-being helping to create an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the go-to contact for all People-related queries in Amsterdam.
  • Managing onboarding offboarding and employee data in Cezanne.
  • Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partnering with managers on employee relations performance and development conversations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Dutch employment legislation.
  • Coordinating exit interviews administrative processes and People-related projects.
  • Contributing to diversity inclusion well-being and engagement initiatives.
  • Providing People data insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a proactive approachable HR professional with the confidence to handle a broad range of People topics including the occasional challenging conversation in a positive and constructive way.

Essential

  • 1-2 years of HR experience (e.g. as HR Coordinator Assistant or Generalist).
  • Exposure to/knowledge of Dutch labour law.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Living in or near Amsterdam or concrete relocation plans.

Desirable

  • Experience in a multinational sales-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
