The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Service Desk Engineer to join an established and rapidly expanding team providing IT solutions and services operating across all industries.


  • Analytical fault finding on networks and systems including Servers Switches Firewalls & Routers
  • Repair of end-point systems
  • Password resets profile repairs/configurations new starters mail release/block
  • Communication of information to technical and non-technical users
  • IT service desk


The Candidate:

Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate with customers forging strong relationships.


  • A customer first mentality
  • Solid experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
  • Technical experience or qualifications in Microsoft and related products desirable
  • Experience of service desk environments ideally in an MSP environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Datacentre Technologies and Cloud Services
  • The ability to keep documentation updated and add to where required.
  • Server storage and end-point technology exposure.
  • A desire to learn and expand knowledge to grow within a competitive team
