As a Marketing Platform & Process Specialist with the Image Guided Therapy Devices team you will lead the optimization and management of marketing platforms and workflows to ensure efficiency compliance and exceptional user experience across diverse stakeholder groups.
Your role:
- You will have a direct impact on the efficiency and compliance of marketing operations by managing key platforms such as: Veeva PromoMats and Seismic Sales Enablement ensuring materials are current approved and accessible.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing Medical Education Sales Legal Regulatory Affairs and Clinical teams to drive process excellence train users and improve platform engagement
- This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in platform administration process optimization and stakeholder management while contributing to strategic decisions and innovative solutions.
Youre the right fit if:
- 5 years experience in marketing operations platform management or related roles ideally with Veeva PromoMats Seismic Sales Enablement or similar tools.
- You bring strong technical process optimization and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving compliance and efficiency.
- You hold a bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are detail-oriented organized and an effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs CO and Plymouth MN is $114000 to $133000
The pay range for this position in San Diego CA is $128000 to $149000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
