Job Description

Automotive Sales Manager
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown Watertown WI

Full-time On-site

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership into its next stage of growth. We are part of the Kayser Automotive Group a family-owned company with strong Wisconsin roots in our 100th year of business. Our store blends a hometown feel with the tools technology and marketing strength needed to thrive in todays automotive market.

We have a veteran sales staff and a growing team that is motivated and ready to achieve more. With strong marketing support expanding inventory and proven systems like Dealertrack DMS VinSolutions CRM and vAuto inventory management we are positioned to continue growing and were looking for the right leader to guide that growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a veteran sales team while recruiting and developing new talent

  • Drive sales performance to meet monthly and annual objectives

  • Oversee showroom operations with an emphasis on accountability coaching and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure CRM best practices are followed in VinSolutions for timely follow-up and customer communication

  • Manage inventory strategy and pricing through vAuto

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to align on dealership goals

  • Maintain and promote a positive customer-first culture

Qualifications

  • 3 years automotive sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role

  • Strong leadership and coaching ability with proven results in team development

  • Familiarity with VinSolutions CRM Dealertrack DMS and vAuto is preferred

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies to improve performance

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
