Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow marketing efforts for a fast-scaling hospitality and outdoor lifestyle brand. This role requires a mix of creative execution strategy and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for building brand awareness driving bookings and engaging audiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media email and paid channels
- Manage brand presence across Instagram Facebook TikTok and other platforms
- Create compelling content (visual written) that reflects an adventurous outdoorsy brand identity
- Oversee website updates SEO/SEM efforts and analytics tracking
- Build and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to define marketing strategy and KPIs
- Monitor trends in digital marketing hospitality and travel for innovation opportunities
Qualifications:
- 35 years of digital marketing experience ideally in hospitality real estate or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience with social media management ad platforms (Meta Google) and analytics tools
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Ability to balance strategy with tactical execution
- Knowledge of SEO SEM and CRM/email platforms
- Creative proactive and results-driven
- Based in LATAM with ability to overlap U.S. hours
