Youll love coming to work every day if you get want and have the capacity to do:

  • Lead Manage and holds their team Accountable.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service - respond to every lead and stay connected with qualified leads.
  • Organize and Lead Prospect Generating Activities IPA (Income Producing Activities).
  • Problem Solve overcome objections.
  • Lease Apartments use the tools and resources available to close the sale.


Youll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment


We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:

  • Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
  • Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
  • Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month

Salary Description
$20/hr plus commissions
