- Lead Manage and holds their team Accountable.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service - respond to every lead and stay connected with qualified leads.
- Organize and Lead Prospect Generating Activities IPA (Income Producing Activities).

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
